Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team Amigo Associate. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15000 - ₹21000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients for lead generation

• Explain financial products and services (e.g., equities, mutual funds, D-mat etc.)

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

• Maintain and update client database and call records

• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all client interactions

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is atleast 12th pass out and 0 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
