Alhum Infotech is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, generating leads, and maintaining customer records. This role is ideal for candidates with good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain company services and offerings professionally.
Generate and qualify leads.
Follow up with interested customers and prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Update lead status and customer details in the CRM/system.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth lead management.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
