RPLES & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold calling

• Explain products or services in detail and answer customer questions

• Follow up on leads and maintain active engagement with prospects

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Record all customer interactions and sales activity in CRM

• Provide feedback on customer trends and competitor activity

• Handle customer objections and resolve inquiries professionally

• Maintain excellent knowledge of company offerings
