Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller to join our ISP team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote broadband/internet services, generate leads, and handle customer inquiries.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote internet/broadband plans
Explain ISP plans, pricing, offers, and installation process
Generate and qualify leads
Follow up on inquiries and pending installations
Maintain call records and update CRM system
Handle basic customer queries and escalate technical issues to the support team
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

🎓 Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass / Graduate
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (ISP experience preferred)
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle rejection and work with target
