• Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan and financial product offerings.
• Explain product features and benefits to generate interest.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records.
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service during and after the sales process.

• Good verbal communication in both English and Hindi.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM tools.
• Persuasive and confident on calls.
