Job Description

  • Contact sellers/brands and explain our e-commerce services.

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.

  • Handle sales inquiries and follow up regularly with potential clients.

  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales.

  • Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in Google Sheets

  • Coordinate with the Operations Team after client confirmation.

  • Maintain professional communication with sellers and clients.

  • Follow up with existing clients for renewals and additional services.

  • Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.

  • Submit daily sales and lead-generation reports to the reporting manager.
