🔹 Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and confident Calling Executive to join our freight forwarding team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and generating leads. Data will be provided by the company.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

• Introduce company services related to freight forwarding, logistics, imports & exports.

• Generate interest and schedule follow-up calls/meetings for the sales team.

• Maintain records of calls, feedback, and lead status.

• Meet daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Provide accurate information to customers and handle basic queries.

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for follow-ups.

🔹 Required Qualifications

• Minimum education: 10+2 (Higher Secondary)

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English

• Ability to handle cold calling confidently
