Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Tele Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales through effective communication.

Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle incoming inquiries

Provide accurate information about products/services

Maintain customer database and follow up regularly

Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism

Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to support lead conversion

Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

Basic computer knowledge

Prior experience in telecalling will be an added advantage

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
