Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries.
Explain company products or services clearly.
Generate sales leads and schedule appointments when required.
Follow up with customers regarding products, services, or payments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate team.
Meet daily or monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Prepare reports on call activities and customer feedback.
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
