We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller (Fresher) to support our semi-hiring process for blue-collar roles. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are fluent in Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi, and are looking to start their career in recruitment or operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential candidates for blue-collar job openings.

Explain job roles, work conditions, and basic requirements to candidates.

Maintain and update candidate databases with relevant details.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with the recruitment team.

Follow up with candidates on their joining status and feedback.

Assist with documentation and basic operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Fresher candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Must be fluent in Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of using mobile apps and spreadsheets.
