Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Telecaller to connect with potential donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries. The ideal candidate will communicate our mission effectively, build relationships, and support fundraising and awareness campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential donors, supporters, and stakeholders
Explain the NGO’s mission, programs, and ongoing campaigns
Encourage donations, volunteer participation, or event registrations
Maintain and update call records and donor databases
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
Follow up with previous donors and leads
Meet daily/weekly calling and engagement targets
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller, customer support, or similar role (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade and build rapport over phone calls
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools is a plus)
Fluency in [insert languages, e.g., Hindi and English]
