The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients, explaining basic stock market services, and maintaining customer records.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound/inbound calls to existing and potential clientsExplain stock broking services in a clear and professional mannerFollow up with clients and maintain daily call reportsUpdate client details in Excel sheetsCoordinate with the back-office and sales teamMaintain confidentiality of client informationRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 6 months of Tele Calling experience (mandatory)Basic computer knowledgeBasic Excel skills (data entry, simple records)Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Local language)Ability to handle clients politely and confidentlyWillingness to learn about stock market productsPreferred Candidate:Experience in stock broking, finance, or banking sector (added advantage)Target-oriented and self-motivated
