Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with fresh and existing leads.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners.
Update customer details and lead status in CRM or Excel.

Preferred Experience

1–5 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer relationship management.
Candidates from the doors, windows, furniture, interiors, modular kitchen, plywood, laminates, building materials, or home décor industry will be preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Excel, and CRM software.

Salary

₹12,000–₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
