The Telecalling Assistant is responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to share information about loan products, collect documents, confirm application details, and schedule appointments. This role supports the sales team by helping with lead follow-up and customer engagement.
Make outbound calls to leads and customers for loan-related queries.
Explain basic loan information and connect interested customers to sales executives.
Assist in follow-up calls to gather documents or complete application formalities.
Maintain call records, lead status updates, and customer information accurately.
Provide customers with application status updates and clarify basic doubts.
Schedule appointments or callbacks for sales executives as required.
Handle customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
Meet daily and weekly call targets as set by the team leader.
Support in database management and updating CRM or Excel sheets.
