Role Overview
TruckMitr is looking for an experienced and result-driven Telecalling Team Leader / Telecalling Head to manage and lead the telecalling team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising telecallers, improving conversions, maintaining call quality, and driving customer acquisition and onboarding targets.
The ideal candidate should have leadership experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support teams, preferably in logistics, transportation, fintech, or SaaS industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and motivate the telecalling team
• Monitor daily calling performance and conversion targets
• Train and mentor telecallers on communication and sales techniques
• Create calling scripts and improve customer engagement processes
• Ensure proper follow-up and lead management
• Track team KPIs, productivity, and reporting
• Handle escalated customer issues professionally
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams
• Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and retention
• Maintain discipline, call quality, and customer satisfaction standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of telecalling operations and sales processes
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
• Basic CRM and computer knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Experience Required
• 2–6 years of experience in telecalling/customer support/sales
• Minimum 1–2 years experience as Team Leader or Supervisor preferred
• Experience in logistics, trucking, transport, or B2B sales is an advantage
