Job Description

Star Finance is looking for an experienced and motivated Telecaller Team Leader to manage and guide a team of telecallers in business loan sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of telecallers.

  • Monitor daily calling activities and team performance.

  • Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Guide team members in business loan sales and customer follow-ups.

  • Monitor lead conversion and improve team productivity.

  • Train, motivate, and support team members.

  • Prepare daily performance reports and share updates with management.

  • Handle customer and team-related issues effectively.

Candidate Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or team handling.

  • Experience in business loans, banking, or financial services is preferred.

  • Good communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.

  • Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
