Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
• Handle International clients (US/UK shifts)
• Understand client requirements and present suitable SaaS solutions
• Conduct product demos and explain features, benefits, and pricing
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for lead conversion strategies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Good spoken and written English (mandatory for client interaction)
• Basic understanding of SaaS products and cloud-based solutions
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Preferred Skills
• Prior Experience in International Voice Process / Inside Sales / IT Sales / EdTech Sales
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes
• Experience in handling international clients
• Understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing
