Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to generate leads and promote our offerings.
Identify decision-makers and influencers within target businesses and effectively communicate our value proposition.
Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
Ability to understand and articulate complex product/service offerings to business clients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus.
