## Job Summary

The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their auto loan requirements, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of auto loans, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

## Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers via phone, email, or other channels to discuss their auto loan requirements.

- Understand customer needs, preferences, and financial situations to provide personalized solutions.

- Present and promote our auto loan products, highlighting benefits and features.

- Address customer queries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Convert leads into sales, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and lead conversion rates.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and follow-up.

## Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the financial services or automotive industry.

- Proven track record of converting leads into sales and meeting sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of auto loans, including features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of the automotive industry, including fresh and used car markets.

- Experience with sales performance metrics and analytics.

- Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field.

## Location and Working Hours

- Location: Gurugram, Haryana

- Weekly Off: Monday

- Working Hours: As per company policy (typically 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM)
