Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-up.

 Persuade customers to clear outstanding dues.

 Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the system.  Coordinate with field executives for on-ground collections.

 Update daily MIS of calling activity.
