Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a Tele caller to join our team Trainer's  World pvt Ltd.

1) The role As a Tele‑caller, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, reaching out to booked leads and incoming inquiries. Your goal is to generate interest in our baby‑shoot packages, schedule studio or home‑shoot appointments, and support overall studio growth.

Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce our photography services and latest promotions. 

Handle inbound inquiries, share package details, pricing, and availability. 

Follow-up with warm leads who showed interest but didn’t book. 

Maintain accurate records of all calls, client details, and outcomes in CRM or Excel.

Collaborate with the photography/sales team to coordinate appointments and confirm bookings.

2) The role As a Tele‑caller, you will be the first point of Contact over telephone to potential or existing customers or leads with company to inform them about company's educational programs using readymade scripts

•         Answer questions about educational programs or the company of client 

•         Ask polite, humble and well-structured questions to understand customer requirements and convert the clients into sale as per training provided

•         Using scripts offered by the company about our educational programs and talk to client, respond coolly to customer objections.

•         Enter and update customer information in the database

•         Take and process orders in an accurate manner as per training given.

•         Handle objections and questions raised by client by answering nicely to preserve the company’s reputation

•         Go the “extra mile” to excel in client conversion and sale them our educational programs to earn incentives

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
