Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller – Holiday Package Sales to join Thomas Cook Ltd. The role involves connecting with customers, understanding their travel requirements, and suggesting suitable domestic and international holiday packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for holiday package inquiries.

• Explain domestic and international travel packages in detail.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel plans.

• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain daily call records and update CRM.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum HSC or Graduate (preferred).

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English).

• Confident, energetic, and customer-focused.

• Ability to handle objections and close sales.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Experience in telesales, travel sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
