Telecaller Outbound

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

• Promote and explain computer hardware products and AMC services.

• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

• Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into leads or sales.

• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

• Handle customer queries in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.

• Prior experience in telecalling/sales is preferred.

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and IT products is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM usage, etc.).
