Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

Location : Charni Road

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telemarketing Executives to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, promoting products/services, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Explain offerings clearly and convincingly to drive interest and conversions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback.
Follow up with interested prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Target-driven with strong negotiation skills.
Fluency in English required.

Education & Experience

Minimum qualification: Commerce Graduate.
0–8 years of relevant experience (freshers welcome with strong communication skills).
