Telecaller Outbound

SAP Sports is looking for a Telecaller to join our team.
This role includes handling basic outbound calls, providing information to customers, and maintaining simple call records.
Get an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 to ₹13,000 + Incentives up to ₹10,000, along with a friendly office environment and no work load – only basic easy calling.

(No targeted selling — only basic easy calling)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Make simple outbound calls and talk to customers politely.

• Handle easy customer queries and provide correct information.

• Maintain basic call data and update records.

• Follow calling guidelines and ensure smooth communication.

• Keep all customer information confidential.

• Support the team with small administrative tasks if needed.

🔹 Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduation

• Must have polite and clear calling skills

• Good communication and listening ability

• Basic computer knowledge

• Comfortable handling simple outbound calls

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a friendly environment

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 4 years of experience.
