Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate and persuasive individuals to join our fundraising team as Telesales Executives. Your role will involve reaching out to potential donors over the phone, sharing our mission, and inspiring them to contribute to our cause.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to individuals and businesses to raise funds for the NGO's programs.
Clearly communicate the NGO's mission, vision, and current campaigns.
Convince potential donors to make one-time or recurring contributions.
Maintain detailed records of donor interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly fundraising targets and KPIs.
Handle donor queries with professionalism and provide accurate information.
Collaborate with team members to strategize fundraising efforts.
