Job Description

  • Sales & Lead Generation:

    Make outbound calls to prospects, identify needs, present solutions, and convert leads into sales. 

  • Customer Management:

    Handle inbound calls, answer queries, resolve complaints, and build lasting relationships with existing clients. 

  • Target Achievement:

    Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs). 

  • Data & Reporting:

    Accurately record all call details, customer interactions, and sales data in the CRM system. 

  • Product Knowledge:

    Stay updated on product features, discounts, and market trends to effectively pitch. 

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion.

  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and call management systems
