Job Title: Outbound Tele caller

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Outbound Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.

• Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.

• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales opportunities.

• Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM regularly.

• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.

• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments or meetings.

• Provide feedback to management to improve customer outreach strategies.

Requirements:

• Any graduate/12th pass with relevant communication skills.

• Prior experience in telesales or telecalling (outbound) is preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi/English (or regional language as required).

• Good persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle high-volume calls and work under targets.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, spreadsheets).

• Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-centric mindset.
