Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a Telecaller Outbound to join our team [Subh Lakshy Global Service]. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹8000 - ₹15000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers through outbound calls, online research, social media, field activities, and referral networks

• Promote credit card and loan products and explain key benefits to interested prospects

• Collect, verify, and update customer information (income, eligibility, occupation, financial needs, etc.)

• Generate high-quality leads and ensure daily/weekly/monthly lead targets are achieved

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer status in CRM tools

• Coordinate with the sales/conversion team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

• Follow compliance and KYC guidelines while communicating financial product information

• Respond to customer queries and provide appropriate product information without mis-selling

• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to boost lead volume

• Provide insights and feedback to improve lead quality and campaign performance

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
