An Automobile Telecaller's job is to generate sales leads and book appointments by calling potential and existing customers, explaining vehicle models, promotions, and service offers, while also handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and updating customer info in CRM, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and data entry skills to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential leads to introduce new vehicles, discounts, service packages, warranties, and schedule test drives or appointments.
Inbound Call Handling: Answer customer questions about products, features, pricing, and services.
Lead Management: Generate new leads, follow up on existing ones, and smoothly pass qualified opportunities to the sales team.
Customer Relationship Building: Build rapport, understand customer needs, and offer suitable solutions, ensuring a positive experience.
Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately record all call details, customer feedback, and updates in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet daily/monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
Upselling/Cross-selling: Suggest additional services or products like extended warranties or service packages.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication & persuasive skills.
Ability to handle stress, rejection, and follow scripts.
Proficiency with CRM software.
Good understanding of MS Excel, strong data entry.
Knowledge of auto products (a plus).
