Job Description: Telesales Representative

Location: Byculla East, Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:15 AM – 7:15 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive with a strong background in international BPO environments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. This role involves generating leads, closing sales, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell company products and services.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts and other channels.

• Resolve customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Maintain and update all interaction records, leads, and sales data in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and improve conversion strategies.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to handle objections effectively.

• Adhere to company policies and comply with international telesales regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of telesales or outbound sales experience in an international BPO setup.

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

• Excellent communication skills with a sales-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• HSC and above educational background.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
