Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a Telecaller Outbound to join our team at Raja Mobile Accessories. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹8,000 - ₹13,000 and opportunities for growth.

1. Sales Generation

• Make outbound calls to retailers/distributors to promote mobile accessories (chargers, cables, earphones, covers, etc.).

• Convert leads into confirmed orders.

• Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets.

• 2. Lead Management

  • Maintain and update customer database.

  • Follow up with existing and potential customers.

  • Identify new retailers or wholesalers for business expansion.

  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

    • Handle customer queries about product price, availability, and offers.

    • Ensure customer satisfaction.

    • 4. Product Promotion

      • Inform customers about new mobile accessories and promotional schemes.

      • Explain product features, quality, and pricing benefits.

      • Promote bulk purchase offers.

      • 5. Order Processing & Coordination

        • Record orders accurately in CRM/Excel.

        • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order dispatch.

        • Update customers about order status.

        • 6. Call Activity Management

          • Maintain daily call logs and reports.

          • Ensure required number of calls per day.
