Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in tele-calling for financial products, and the ability to convert leads into successful disbursements.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).

• Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility, documentation, and repayment terms clearly to customers.

• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into successful loan cases.

• Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and banking teams for case processing.

• Collect and verify customer documents as per lender requirements.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and closures in CRM or Excel.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (Graduation preferred).

• Experience in tele sales of Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage Loans is mandatory.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Good understanding of loan products, eligibility norms, and documentation.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.

• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with banks, NBFCs, or DSAs.

• Ability to handle high call volumes.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of multiple lenders and loan products is an advantage.
