We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in tele-calling for financial products, and the ability to convert leads into successful disbursements.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility, documentation, and repayment terms clearly to customers.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into successful loan cases.
Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and banking teams for case processing.
Collect and verify customer documents as per lender requirements.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and closures in CRM or Excel.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (Graduation preferred).
Experience in tele sales of Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage Loans is mandatory.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Good understanding of loan products, eligibility norms, and documentation.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Experience with banks, NBFCs, or DSAs.
Ability to handle high call volumes.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of multiple lenders and loan products is an advantage.
