We are looking for a Telecaller to connect with existing customers and assist them with their vehicle servicing needs. The role involves making outbound calls to remind customers about due services, helping them book service appointments, and ensuring an overall satisfying customer experience.
Make outbound calls to existing customers to remind them about their vehicle’s due service.
Book and confirm service appointments at the nearest Premsons Motor workshop.
Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth appointment handling.
Provide information on ongoing service offers or maintenance tips when needed.
Deliver polite, professional, and customer-centric communication at all times.
Education: Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
Experience: 0–3 years in tele calling, customer service, or service coordination (Automobile industry preferred).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi; basic English understanding preferred.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, CRM, and data entry.
Personality: Courteous, proactive, and responsible.
