Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Documentation: Maintain the recruitment database and handle offer letter generation/onboarding paperwork.
Employer Branding: Represent the company professionally to build a strong talent pipeline.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 0–2 years in recruitment or human resources.
Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills.
Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
