Job summary/objective:

To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company 
objectives. 
Responsible for generating leads through phone calls. US-based calls 



Process Associate Requirements:-

•⁠  ⁠Basic Computer Knowledge

Job Description:

•⁠  ⁠Contact potential clients telephonically
•⁠  ⁠Read the prepared script when pitching the company's products and services.
•⁠  ⁠Provide any information that the client requests.
•⁠  ⁠Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
•⁠  ⁠Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
