📝 Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers for our Loan Department. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our loan products, and guiding them through the application process.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database

• Explain loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.)

• Understand customer requirements and assess loan eligibility

• Follow up with leads and maintain daily call reports

• Coordinate with the back-end team for documentation and approvals

• Achieve monthly targets of loan disbursement

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries politely

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

• Basic knowledge of loans/finance (training will be provided)

• Confidence and persuasion skills
