We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele caller to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products or services, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers.

• Explain company products/services in a clear and engaging manner.

• Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales or appointments.

• Maintain a database of customer information and call records.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team for closures and follow-ups.
