We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers over the phone, explain our products/services, and generate leads or sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and/or handle inbound calls to customers
Explain products or services clearly and professionally
Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales as per targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Follow up with interested customers
Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and performance targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
Good communication skills in Kannada and English
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to convince and negotiate politely
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage
