MYR Advance Solution Private Limited is hiring Lead Generation Executives for our office located in Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow.

📌 JOB DETAILS

• Position: Lead Generation Executive

• Process: Brand Domestic Process / Outbound Sales

• Location: Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Salary: ₹16,000 + Incentives

• Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Working Hours: 9 Hours

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Qualification: Graduate

• Experience: Freshers can apply

• Preferred Experience: 6 months in Sales / Voice Process / BPO

• Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply

• Preference: Female candidates preferred

• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

• Training: Complete Training Provided

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

• Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally.

• Convince and engage prospective customers.

• Schedule appointments and product demonstrations.

• Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers.

• Maintain accurate lead records and customer information.

• Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

• Follow approved calling scripts, processes and reporting guidelines.

👤 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate from a recognized institution.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Good verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Strong convincing and customer-handling skills.

• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

• Comfortable working in an outbound calling environment.

• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a target-based environment.

• Previous experience in Sales, Voice Process or BPO will be an added advantage.

🎓 TRAINING & SUPPORT

• Complete process training will be provided.

• Product and service knowledge training.

• Customer handling and communication training.

• Calling script and objection-handling training.

• Lead-generation methodology and process training.

• Guidance will be provided before independently handling the process.
