Job Description

We're hiring Telecallers to connect with potential customers for loan products. You'll reach out to leads, explain loan options, and help applicants through the initial process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call leads for personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.

• Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility, EMI, and documentation clearlyLead

• Check customer eligibility based on income, credit score, and documents

• Regularly follow up with interested prospects

• Help customers with loan application forms and document collection

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and status

• Meet daily call targets and monthly disbursement/lead conversion

Experience: 6 months - 2 years in telesales/loan sales preferred. Freshers with strong communication can apply

Timing: Full-time | Mon-Sat, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Languages: Telugu, Manageable English and Hindi
