Job Role:
Handle outbound calls to existing customers for subscription renewals and payment follow-ups. Explain renewal details and ensure timely payment collection.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls for subscription renewal
• Inform customers about validity, renewal plans, and charges
• Follow up on pending renewal payments
• Guide customers on payment modes and process
• Update call status, customer interaction, and payment details in CRM/Google Sheets
• Address customer queries related to subscriptions and services
• Achieve daily calling and renewal targets
Requirements:
• 10th/12th pass (Graduates preferred)
• Good Hindi communication (English/Marathi a plus)
• Prior Experience (2-3 year) in telecalling, renewals, or payment follow-ups preferred
• Good negotiation and renewal-closing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets)
