Telecaller Outbound

 Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services, generate sales, and achieve sales targets.

 Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads, understanding customer needs, and offering appropriate solutions to meet those needs.

 Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products/services and effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.

 Sales Conversion: Convert potential leads into sales by understanding customer requirements, presenting the right products/services, and closing deals.

 Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries and following up on their needs.

 Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the company’s CRM system.

 Follow-Up: Follow up on leads, handle customer objections, and provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

 Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

 Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve products/services and sales strategies.
