Profile : Outbound Sales
Languages : Fluency in English & Hindi and any one regional language preferably Tamil/Malayalam/Telugu/Oriya/Kannada/Marathi.
Experience : Minimum one-year outbound sales experience. Freshers can be considered basis good communication skills and Linguistic language only.
CCAs should be comfortable to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
Job Summary :
Outbound calling activity involves cross selling to existing set of customers and also converting new to bank leads getting generated via various digital campaigns.
Detailed Responsibilities
· Meeting daily calling productivity target.
· Meeting daily lead generation target
For NTB and existing customers.
· Meeting daily and monthly conversion target as per goal sheet.
· Attending daily team meetings for progress and performance.
· ESQ on every customer contact.
· Regular training on LUMOS
· Adherence to code of conduct and compliance.
· High on quality scores and proficiency test.
