Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our Loan Services team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan products, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales/loan processing team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate loan enquiries.
Explain various loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, interest rates, and repayment options.
Understand customers' financial requirements and identify suitable loan solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert leads into applications.
Collect preliminary customer information and required documents.
Coordinate with the sales, field, credit, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.
Ensure all customer communication follows company policies and applicable lending guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi languages are mandatory.
Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, MS Office, and CRM systems.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle targets and work in a team.
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
Prior experience in telecalling, banking, NBFC, fintech, insurance, or loan sales will be an advantage.

Number of calls made per day.
Qualified leads generated.
Loan applications generated.
Lead-to-application conversion.
Follow-up effectiveness.
Monthly disbursement / business contribution.
