Job Description

Outbound Telecaller – Junigadi (Pre-Owned Cars)

Job Summary Contact prospective buyers and sellers to qualify leads, pitch services, and schedule vehicle inspections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call leads (sellers and buyers) to explain Junigadi's evaluation, buying, and selling services.

  • Book doorstep/hub car inspection appointments for the field evaluation team.

  • Pitch relevant inventory to buyers based on budget and preferences.

  • Update call status and notes in the CRM.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 5 years of experience in outbound calling or inside sales (Automotive/Fleet sales / vehicle loan / vehicle insurance preferred).

  • Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.

  • Good communication and persuasion skills.

  • basic CRM and Excel knowledge.
