a) રિન્યુઅલ એરઝિક્યુરિવ - બ્રોડબેન્ડ સેલ્સ હાલના ગ્રાહકો સાથે જોડાણ કિવા માિે જવાબદાિ છે જેથી તેમની બ્રોડબેન્ડ સેવાઓનુું સમયસિ નવીકિણ થાય. આ ભૂરમકા ગ્રાહક જાળવણી, અપસેરલુંગ અને ગ્રાહક સુંતોષ વધાિવા અને મુંદી ઘિાડવા માિે ઉત્તમ પોસ્િ-સેલ્સ સપોિટ પૂિો પાડવા પિ ધ્યાન કેરન્િત કિે છે.

Key Responsibilities:

• હાલના બ્રોડબેન્ડ ગ્રાહકોનો સુંપકટ કિીને તેમને સમયસિ નવીકિણમાું મદદ કિો.

• ગ્રાહક નવીકિણ િેકોડટ અને ડેિાબેિ જાળવો અને અપડેિ કિો.

• લાગુ પડે તે િીતે ઉચ્ચ બ્રોડબેન્ડ યોજનાઓ અથવા મૂલ્યવરધટત સેવાઓનુું અપસેલ અથવા ક્રોસ-સેલ કિો.

• નવીકિણ, રબરલુંગ અને સેવા સમસ્યાઓ સુંબુંરધત ગ્રાહક પ્રશ્નોનુું તાત્કારલક રનિાકિણ કિો.

• લાુંબા ગાળાની િીિેન્શન સુરનરિત કિવા માિે ગ્રાહકો સાથે મજબૂત સુંબુંધો બનાવો.

• નવીકિણ પછી સેવાની સાતત્યતા સુરનરિત કિવા માિે તકનીકી િીમો સાથે સુંકલન કિો.

• દૈરનક/સાપ્તારહક/મારસક નવીકિણ કામગીિી અને લક્ષ્યોને િરેક કિો અને રિપોિટ કિો.

• ગુણવત્તાયુક્ત રક્રયાપ્રરતરક્રયાઓ અને ફોલો-અપ્સ દ્વાિા ગ્રાહક સુંતોષની ખાતિી કિો.

Essential Requirements:

• ન્યૂનતમ લાયકાત: 12મુું પાસ / કોઈપણ શાખામાું સ્નાતક.

• વેચાણ, િેરલ-કોરલુંગ, ગ્રાહક સેવા અથવા બ્રોડબેન્ડ નવીકિણમાું 1-2 વષટનો અનુભવ પ્રાધાન્યક્ષમ.

• બ્રોડબેન્ડ/ઇન્િિનેિ સેવાઓ અને યોજનાઓની મૂળભૂત સમજ.

• સ્થારનક ભાષા અને રહન્દી/અુંગ્રેજીમાું સાિી વાતચીત કુશળતા.

• MS Excel, CRM, અથવા આુંતરિક નવીકિણ સોફ્િવેિ સાધનોનો ઉપયોગ કિવામાું રનપુણ.
