We are looking for a Customer Sales Executive (UK Surveys) to join our dynamic team at Incorpis IT Services Pvt. Ltd. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound survey calls to UK customers in a professional and courteous manner.

• Collect accurate responses and feedback as per the campaign script and quality standards.

• Maintain call logs and ensure all interactions are properly recorded.

• Handle objections and queries confidently while keeping survey targets in mind.

• Coordinate with team leads for feedback and performance improvement.

• Achieve daily and weekly call quality, productivity, and compliance goals.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.

• Should be comfortable working 5 days a week (Monday–Friday) in the Evening Shift (UK Hours).

• Ability to stay focused, maintain call quality, and deliver consistent results.
