Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Insurance Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies over the phone to prospective and existing customers. Your primary goal is to meet or exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell insurance products (e.g., life, health, motor).

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inbound inquiries.

• Explain the features, benefits, and terms of various insurance policies.

• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable plans accordingly.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales using CRM software.

• Handle objections, answer queries, and provide after-sales support as needed.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion ratios on a regular basis.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
