Telecalling Executive – Client Onboarding
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Grabodo / VJ Stays. This role involves calling hotels, resorts, villas, homestays, and other hospitality businesses to introduce our platform and help onboard new clients. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, explaining service benefits, handling objections, follow-ups, collecting documents, and supporting the onboarding process till activation.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to hospitality businesses and explain VJ Stays platform benefits.
Generate qualified leads and schedule onboarding discussions.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into active clients.
Handle client objections confidently and professionally.
Collect required documents and maintain accurate records.
Update lead status, call notes, and follow-up details in internal systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for agreements, onboarding, and listing support.
Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
Job Requirements:
12th Pass or above.
0 – 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation.
Good communication skills in English; Hindi/Marathi is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge and confidence in speaking with clients.
Strong follow-up ability, positive attitude, and target-oriented mindset.
Must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
